Joe is responsible for the day to day running of Your Money Manager as both a partner and financial planner of the firm. Having previously worked in a bank, national financial planning business and an accounting firm Joe has experienced a number of ways financial planning advice can be provided to clients. In helping to begin Your Money Manager Joe wanted to establish a specialist financial planning firm that caters to a wide range of clients focusing on advice and not simply the selling of products.

"My interest in a career in the financial planning industry began with my interest in the sharemarket as a teenager. After being employed in both large and small organisations in the financial planning industry I have been fortunate to work with a wide range of clients. I can see an increasing need for people of all stages in their lives to have a plan in place for what they want to achieve financially. Joe holds a Bachelor of Business (Management), Advanced Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning) and is currently completing the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) program.

Ashley has worked for the previous 5 years within the finance industry as a Director of 3 successful Mortgage Choice Franchises before entering the Financial Planning industry. With an accounting degree and more than 10 years experience in the finance industry, I have always had a natural ability with numbers. So much so was my fascination with numbers, I planned to be an actuary, a financial statistician. However, my burning desire to have my own business has seen me become a partner in two financial companies.

While currently running a successful Mortgage Choice business, I saw the need to ensure all my clients received the complete financial package, so the financial planning service goes hand in hand. I really enjoy having an influence on helping people achieve their financial goals.
